HOW TO BREW

Signature Cãya Chai Masala Teabags

  • Use one Signature Cãya Chai Masala teabag per cup (per person)
  • Pour freshly boiled water (not boiling) into a cup or pot (approximately 200ml per cup)
  • Brew for approximately 2-3 minutes
  • Gently squeeze and remove teabags
  • Add milk to taste. Optional – Add sugar to taste

Signature Caya Chai Masala Teabags
- For boiling A stronger taste

Makes 2 cups
  • Add approximately 400 ml of fresh cold water to a pan. Use one Signature Cãya Chai Masala teabag.
  • Add one teabag and bring to the boil. Let the tea boil in the water until it is a rich deep golden colour (2-3 minutes)
  • Brew for approximately 2-3 minutes
  • Add milk to taste. Bring to the boil again. Optional – Add sugar to taste
  • Gently squeeze and remove teabag. Pour into cups and serve

Signature Cãya Chai Masala Loose Blend

  • Add half a teaspoon Signature Cãya Chai Masala to a pan with fresh cold water (approximately 200ml)
  • Add one tablespoon of your favourite tea and bring to the boil. Let the tea boil in the water until it is a rich deep golden colour (2-3 minutes).
  • Add milk to taste and bring to the boil again.
  • Strain and pour into a cup and serve.
  • Optional – add sugar to taste

  • Add one tablespoon Signature Cãya Chai Masala and tea to a pan with fresh cold water (approximately 200ml),
  • Bring to the boil. Let the tea boil in the water until it is a rich deep golden colour (2-3 minutes).
  • Add milk to taste and bring to the boil again.
  • Strain and pour into a cup and serve.
  • Optional – add sugar to taste.
